If something isn't right with your order, get in touch and Emily will put it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact EMSCENTS LTD as soon as possible with your order details so a replacement or refund can be arranged.
Change of mind
Because wax melts are scented consumable products, returns for change of mind are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Emily before returning anything.
